Are you looking to work in a busy salon close to the city?
🙌🏻THE ROLE:

Learn and use our method and technique to create great and consistent work

Deliver services: Classic, Russian, hybrid, mega volume lash extensions, lash lifts + tints, brow lamination + brow henna tint, facial waxing.

Retain and re-booking in clients with our high conversion method
-
See a lot of clients and educate clients on lash retention (especially new ones!)

Learn how to use our online booking software which we will provide training for.
-
This is a CASUAL position for full working days.

Depending on your experience, the pay is from $30-$35 per hour from Mon to Sat.

We also pay superannuation.

We are open 7 days a week, so you can set aside specific full days you’d like to work.

Training provided (online and in-person)
✔️ REQUIREMENTS

1+ year experience with classic and Russian volume
-
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Fans must be made by hand (no pre-made fans).

Lashes must be properly isolated, not sticking together
-
Remove old falling out lashes before applying new lashes
-
Clean lashes, prime before any set
-
Preferably you’ll know how to do lash lifts + tints, brow lamination + brow henna tint, facial waxing. (But we can teach).

Able to work flexible hours - come into salon depending on bookings but you can come in on set days.

Must be willing to learn and follow company processes, methods and techniques as we need to create consistent results for clients.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Peggy is the founder and owner of VLB, she started back in 2015 in a home studio. Soon enough, word of mouth spread and she opened her first studio in Armadale back in 2018.
Very quickly, we outgrew our little studio and opened a brand new salon in Prahran during the Pandemic in 2020.
It was a huge risk but thanks to the amazing support from our community, we continued to grow and thrive. Now, we are in the works to open a second salon *coming soon!* and we're looking to grow our team!
As a mum, Peggy understands that hard work is necessary, yet it is important to have a work-life balance. She’s created such an awesome company culture where hard-working and creative individuals thrive, as hard work gets rewarded well and you’re celebrated as an individual.
